What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and select e-wallets (e.g., GCash). All transactions are processed securely by trusted gateways.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Metro Manila deliveries usually arrive in 1–3 days; provincial in 3–7 days. You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Fees are calculated at checkout based on location and courier. Free shipping may apply during select promotions.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygienic reasons, opened lip products are final sale unless defective or damaged.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email asulphecomm@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and the return address.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or provider, typically 3–10 business days.

Yes. Asul products are cruelty-free and formulated with high-quality, safe ingredients.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the Philippines. International shipping options will be announced in the future.
How should I store lip products?
Keep caps tightly closed and store away from heat and direct sunlight. For best results, use within 12 months of opening.
